It was great to see the Wallabies end their Grand Slam tour with a polished performance, well done guys.
Here is how the Mort rated their last performance for 2009:
15. Adam Ashley-Cooper – Quiet game but solid on defusing wales attacking kicks. 6
14. Peter Hynes – Also pretty quiet game, knocked on one pass from Elsom. 5
13. Digby Ioane – Looked good and reminded me of how he play at the Reds. Dangerous. 7
12. Quade Cooper – Very solid game. Did what he had too. Didnt overplay anything. 6
11. Drew Mitchell – Drew also quiet. Cant remember anything he good or bad. 5
10. Matt Giteau – Similar to Quade I thought. Did all the right moves when needed at the right times. 8
9. Will Genia – Love the way he plays. True scrum half. Solid all the way. 7
8. Wycliff Palu – Getting stronger every game. Always has one or two breaks a game. 7
7. David Pocock – Outstanding in the first half. Best first half player on ground and get my Man of the Match. 10
6. Rocky Elsom – Links well with backs and scrambles well in defence. 7
5. Dean Mumm – Was he on the pitch? I’m sure he did his job. 5
